这标志着您的孩子即将正式成为华外同文大家庭的一员，开启一段崭新的学习旅程。为了帮助您顺利完成注册手续，我们诚挚邀请您按预约时间前来，并请您提前做好以下准备：
1 信息采集
Information & Photo Collection
完成校车选座（如适用）、住宿/走读意向确认，并进行学生及家长证件照采集（用于制作学生卡、家长接送卡）。
Complete seat selection (school bus), boarding/day-student status. Submit student/parent ID photos (for student/pickup cards).
2费用缴纳
Fee Payment
办理相关入学费用的缴纳手续。

3校服咨询
Uniform Consultation
了解校服款式、尺寸测量等事宜。

4领取注册证明
Collect Registration Proof
完成注册后，您将领取到正式的注册证明。

为确保注册流程顺畅高效，请您务必携带以下材料：
照片（电子版）：学生及家长的一寸白底证件照电子版。用于制作学生卡及家长接送卡。
Photos：Student/parent 1-inch white-background ID photos.
（温馨提示：您可使用支付宝便捷拍摄：支付宝->市民中心->搜索“证件照”->选择一寸规格，或使用白色背景墙手机拍摄。）
学生证件（原件）：学生身份证、户口本本人页、户口本首页、出生证明。
Student:ID card,household register(main+personal pages),birth certificate.
家长证件（原件）：父母身份证、户口本本人页、户口本首页。
Parents:ID cards,household register(main+personal pages).
银行卡：家长银行卡原件及复印件（手写签名+卡号+开户行）。
Parent's bank card:Original+copy(with handwritten signature and branch details).
特殊情况 Special Cases:
港澳台籍学生：请提供广州地址的港澳居民居住证或台湾居民居住证。
Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan students: Guangzhou residence permit.
外籍学生：请提供护照及广州地址的境外人员住宿临时登记表。
Foreign students: Passport + Guangzhou temporary accommodation registration.
非穗籍学生：请提供学生本人或监护人其中一方有效期内的广州市居住证。
Non-local students: Valid Guangzhou residence permit (student or guardian).

Arrive punctually per your scheduled time.
提前整理好所需材料，将大大节省您的现场办理时间。
Prepare required documents in advance to greatly reduce onsite processing time.

学校没有设置停车场，请自驾前来参与活动的家长将车辆停到学校附近停车场，再根据相应导航步行前往学校，谢谢您的配合！
