2026 Admissions Q&A Tips
Q12026年报名时间是什么时候？
根据合肥市教育局统一安排：
6月22日一23日，民办学校网上报名;
6月24日，民办学校线下资格审核(须提前网上预约);
6月27日一28日，民办学校招生(报名人数超过招生计划的摇号录取)。
（ 温馨提示：报名时间先后不影响录取结果，建议家长错峰登录。）
Q1：When is the 2026 application period?
According to the unified arrangement of the Hefei Municipal Education Bureau:
June 22–23: Online application for private schools
June 24: In-person qualification review for private schools (online appointment required in advance)
June 27–28: Private school admissions (lottery admission if the number of applicants exceeds the enrollment plan)
Friendly reminder: The timing of your application does not affect the admission result. We recommend that parents avoid peak hours when logging in.
Q2哪些孩子可以报名？
符合以下任一条件即可：
1.户籍。适龄儿童少年户籍在高新区范围。
2.房产。适龄儿童少年或其父母（双方或一方）或者其他法定监护人的独立产权房产在高新区范围。
3.居住证。适龄儿童少年父母（双方或一方）或其他法定监护人在高新区范围的居住证截至2026年8月31日满半年，且有经商办企业营业执照或合法的劳动合同。
4.学籍。适龄儿童少年小学在我区实际就读且学籍在高新区范围的，视为符合民办学校报名条件。
5.其他。其他符合《关于做好合肥市2026年义务教育招生入学工作的通知》规定的公办学校入学条件的适龄儿童少年。
Q2. Which children are eligible to apply?
Children who meet any of the following conditions:
Household Registration: The child's household registration is within the Hefei High-tech Zone.
Property: The child, their parent(s) (one or both), or other legal guardian(s) own independent property within the Hefei High-tech Zone.
Residence Permit: The child's parent(s) (one or both) or other legal guardian(s) hold a residence permit in the Hefei High-tech Zone for at least six months as of August 31, 2026, and have a business license or a legal labor contract.
Student Status: The child has actually attended elementary school in Hefei and their student status is within the Hefei High-tech Zone, which qualifies them for private school application.
Other Conditions: Children who meet the public school admission requirements as stipulated in the Notice on the 2026 Compulsory Education Enrollment Work in Hefei.
Q3招生的年级和年龄要求？
小学一年级：入学年龄截至2026年8月31日年满6周岁（2020年8月31日及以前出生），且尚未注册义务教育学籍的适龄儿童。在学校有空余学位的情况下，可以适当放宽，但必须是截至2026年12月31日年满6周岁（2020年12月31日及以前出生）的儿童。
初中七年级：小学毕业且尚未注册初中学籍的学生。
Q3. What are the grade and age requirements?
Grade 1: Children who have reached the age of 6 by August 31, 2026 (born on or before August 31, 2020) and have not yet registered for compulsory education. If the school has available spaces, the age requirement may be appropriately relaxed, but children must have reached the age of 6 by December 31, 2026 (born on or before December 31, 2020).
Grade 7: Students who have graduated from elementary school and have not yet registered for middle school.
Q4如何报名？
符合条件的适龄儿童少年可通过“合肥市义务教育招生入学服务系统”（以下简称“网上招生系统”）网上报名，家长可登录皖事通App（手机端）或合肥市教育局官网（电脑端），搜索“教育入学一件事”或“合肥教育入学一件事”，区域选择“合肥市”，进入相应界面办理。
Q4. How to apply?
Eligible children can apply online through the "Hefei Compulsory Education Enrollment Service System" (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Enrollment System"). Parents can log in via the WanShiTong App (mobile) or the Hefei Education Bureau official website (desktop), search for "Education Enrollment One-Stop Service" or "Hefei Education Enrollment One-Stop Service", select "Hefei City" as the region, and enter the corresponding interface to complete the application.
Q5学校有校车和住宿吗？
校车服务：学校对有需要校车服务的家庭，提供校车服务，学校校车覆盖合肥市各行政区，使用国内最高配置校车，所有司机均持有校车驾驶执照；车上配备1-2名跟车老师，充分保障行车安全、管理有序。
住宿服务：学校可以提供寄宿服务。常青宿舍均配备独立卫生间及淋浴设施，配备中央空调。学校有完善的宿舍管理制度，学生日常住宿生活由生活老师协助、管理。对于一二年级的学生，根据实际情况，可安排与宿管老师同住，方便进行更为细致地照管。
Q5. Does the school provide school bus and boarding services?
School Bus Service: The school provides school bus services for families who need them. The school buses cover all administrative districts of Hefei and are equipped to the highest domestic standards. All drivers hold valid school bus driving licenses. Each bus is staffed with 1–2 accompanying teachers to ensure driving safety and orderly management.
Boarding Service: The school can provide boarding services. All IVY Academy dormitories are equipped with private bathrooms, shower facilities, and central air conditioning. The school has a well-established dormitory management system, with life teachers assisting and managing students' daily boarding life. For first and second graders, depending on the actual situation, arrangements can be made for them to stay with dormitory supervisors to facilitate more attentive care.
